Call Center Supervisor / Agent Legal Intake

We are running advertisements for victims of water contamination from an old military base. We will have both incoming phone calls from a webpage and we will also need outgoing phone calls for people who have filled out the form on the webpage and requested to be called.

We are looking for a call center supervisor / agent to handle these live qualified incoming phone leads and outgoing web form leads. Our initial agent will need to first do some basic training on how the legal intake works. We will then need this agent to train other agents on the ---------- ll center agent will work from home so high speed Internet is a requirement.

The hours will be USA daytime hours.
