Airbnb / Short Term Accommodation - Beds24 Channel management experience

We are looking for a someone to assist with our Airbnb Management business in Australia.

We are a business with properties in 3 states of Australia and use multiple platforms such as Airbnb, ---------- , VRBO, Agoda, Google and also our direct channel.

The ideal candidate would be someone that:
- Experience in the Short Term Accommodation industry and experience with Airbnb
- Experience with Beds24 and pricelabs is essential
- Understanding of Duve, pricelabs, breezeway, VRscheduler and other industry software will assist
- Ability to work with processes, create new ones and documentation.
- Strong ability to communicate with customers

Some of the duties include:

- Guest relations
- Enquiry management
- Channel management
- Cleaning check lists, monitoring schedule and checking post clean photos
- Compiling reports for management meetings on occupancy and pricing.

There will be capacity for the role to grow into a full time role.
