Freelance SEO Support

I currently own a couple small shops, and I’m looking for someone who can do a few hours of SEO work per week. I would prefer someone familiar with planner shops, time management or personal development coaching.

I have no system set up for any of this yet, so I'm open to your expertise regarding the best way to do this and how many hours I can expect it to take

Please include the following in your reply:
- how do you assess the most important SEO needs for a new project? (do you have a process?)
- your hourly salary request
- your availability and your estimate of how many hours this might take per month
- your favorite sea animal
