Freelance accounting/bookkeeping

I currently own a couple small shops, and I’m looking for someone who can do a few hours of accounting type work per week.

I'm currently thinking that it would be easiest if I were able to forward email receipts for all the various expenses, and then you could enter and categorize these transactions. I also need you to be able to pull transactions and reports from Shopify & Etsy. Then I would want a basic P&L or reports/projections at the end of each month. I have no system set up for any of this yet, so I'm open to your expertise regarding the best way to do this and how many hours I can expect it to take

- your availability and your estimate of how many hours this might take per month
- what process you would prefer to use for this kind of work
