Virtual Assistant Job Description
Alosatech is startup company focused on organization space that will sell initially on Amazon. The initial product will be a drill organizer that allows user to store up to 4 drills or other battery powered ---------- also will have a shelf to store various of other items that may be in garage. The ultimate goal is to sell a patent pending product on Amazon initially as well as own Shopify website. The initial products will be organization themed products. The slogan for the company is “Organize your life for your peace of mind” which is currently submitted for trademark protection. The company name is also submitted for trademark protection. The patent pending product is in the same industry.
We are looking for a fluent English speaking person who has experience with Amazon selling as well as business Facebook and Instagram accounts. We are looking for full time person who can devote their time to make the company a success.
Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing an Amazon account is REQUIRED
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Required)
High experience with managing other staff/departments is a STRONG advantage
Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing a Shopify account (Preferred)
Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, etc) is a plus
Experience with Business Facebook and Instagram including posting frequently is a plus
Proficiency in writing (product descriptions, ad copies, landing pages, etc) is an advantage
Experience in handling customer service concerns is a plus.
Thorough understanding of SEO and Keyword strategies (Preferred)
