Wordpress, website assistant

Our company is run by three college professors who are so busy with our students, we need assistance with some of the technical website marketing for our business. The business has a functional website, but we need a part-time web manager assistant as we redesign the website over the next few months:
- We will be completely resigning the pages in the website - we already have the WordPress Theme installed that we will be using.
- We will need to add the WishList Member (Plugin) and have you create membership areas
- We will be creating online courses so we need someone to upload the videos to Vimeo as well as upload the PDF files we create, etc.
- We will be starting a Podcast, so we will need you to upload the audio broadcasts through Blubrry
- We will be starting a Youtube channel so we will need you to upload videos to YouTube after we create them
- We will be posting 3 blog posts per week. We will write the posts, but we need you to format the posts (insert images, bold headings, etc.) and upload them
- We will be selling products through ClickBank so we will need you to setup a click bank account
- We will be setting up an Aweber email account with autoresponders and various opt-in forms
- Note 1: As the business grows, we may be able to offer full-time work, but we have to start with part-time (10 hours per week) for now. We have several months to accomplish everything mentioned in this posting so you are not expected to get this done in one month part-time! We will not be asking you to do all of this at once, but rather one step at a time. We will start with the blog posts being uploaded, then add the podcast audio, etc.
- Note 2: There will also be the opportunity for some graphic design, but this is not required. We can get someone else to do the graphic design, but if this is something you can also do, please let us know. We need some basic graphic design for covers of our books and ebooks as well as a software package. Again, this is not required for this position.
