Cold Caller/Appointment Setter

Centrious Capital LLC is looking for Lead Generation/Appointment Setting Specialist to Start ASAP

We are looking for an experienced VA to cold call real estate leads to generate revenue through buy and hold and flipping. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system.

Responsibilities:
-Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.
-Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets and cold calling.
-Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities.
-Accurately qualify potential leads for appointments.
-Manage cultivation of inbound inquiries to convert leads to appointments.
-Make or Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections.

Job Qualifications
-Experienced in Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Cold Calling.
-Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
-Practices, memorizes and updates scripts.
-Independent and self-motivated.
-Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
-Strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
-Must have Whatsapp
