1 Customer Service / Contact Centre / Inbound/Outbound calls, emails (USA)

My company is a start-up which is running sales of a quadcopter(find below a ref). We are using today Amazon as our primary sales channels but expanding quickly to other such ( eCommerce website, Ebay and expand internationally)

I am recruiting people with solid experience with customer service (preferable trained to manage a large spectrum of customers who might be lovely and kind (most of them) and others not so happy) .
Also , follow up with customer on their experience flying my product and encourage them to write a positive Review.
Some telemarketing activities might soon start once my product line start to expand.


I am looking for someone who will act and behave as owning the business. You will be the most imports link with OUR customers. Your attitude, smile and sympathy will define how OUR customers will perceive who WE are. I am looking for someone to grow with my business and can manage his/her own time at home to balance personal and professional activities.

Working hours: In principle from 9:00am to 6:00pm in America/Chicago timezone, BUT
I might take advantage of PH time zone to work flexible hours and manage some calls at evening time in US which has 3 timezones.

I do believe quality cost money , and I will not compromise it in my business. The reason I want to go direct with someone is to avoid middle man to impose another layer of complexity. TRUST is essential.
