General Administrator, Marketer, Technical Writer

Thank you for your review of this post. This position is being offered as an ongoing, full-time role with healthcare continuing education provider, AchieveCE. We are the premier provider of healthcare continuing education in the US state of Florida. We have a 10-person team, mostly comprised of BPO employees based in the Philippines. We are exclusively looking for individuals who are highly self-motivated to excel and advance in their role through innovation and business process improvement and automation.

As a small but rapidly growing company, most of our employees operate in multiple roles simultaneously, and that is the case for this role as well. I have listed below the primary roles in mind for this position. Although we prefer applicants with proficiency in all 3 roles, we will also consider ones with 2:

1) General Administration / Process Automation - This role will be a generalized one that will require the applicant to deeply learn the inner workings and ever-changing details associated with healthcare continuing education. As there will be a high volume of highly detailed administrative work, we prefer applicants with experience in automating processes for efficiency, either through programmatic automation (coding/programming etc.) or business process development.

2) General Marketing / Search Engine Optimization - We are seeking an individual with substantial independent experience in marketing, with a focus in SEO. This person should have experience beyond following the instructions of others and should be familiar with how to create and execute an SEO-driven marketing plan. Other marketing specialties will be given consideration as well.

3) Technical Writing - Applicants for this role will ideally have experience in English technical writing for such things as blog post writing, proofreading for grammar and flow, and general quality control.
