UX/UI Designer

What you'll be doing:
- Helping to figure out what the most important problems to solve are
- Working with the team to come up with solutions to those problems
- UI design for iOS, Android, and web
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of a design system
- Ensure design language is consistent across the entire ecosystem
- Help coordinate and execute user testing
- Graphics for marketing (e-mail campaigns, Instagram, Facebook, etc)
- Level up your design skills with the help of our lead designer

The ideal candidate:
- Strives for pixel perfection
- Is comfortable working in Figma and Auto Layout
- Believes User Experience is critical to good UI Design, one cannot succeed without the other
- Communicates well, their opinion matters
- Is not afraid to ask questions, knows how to admit when they need help
- Thrives on constructive criticism
- Can work collaboratively across an entire product team. This includes but is not limited to Product Managers, Developers, QA, Designers, and other stakeholders
- Understands basic design principles
- Cares about the details
