825 Pizzeria is the new neighborhood pizzeria located at Brgy Kaunlaran, Quezon City.

Shifts: Day time- Night time

PLEASE READ MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

With PROVEN EXPERIENCE as CAPTAIN PIZZAIOLO for at least 1-2 years.
- Must have undergone training in the culinary arts, mainly in the Pizza industry
- Knows the process of making a Neopolitan dough

Please take note: We will only accept applicants with pizza making background

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Prepare high-quality pizza ingredients such as dough, sauces, and toppings
-Ensure Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, and Policies & Procedures are followed by the Team
-Monitor inventory and communicate with Sous Pizzaiolo when stock and supplies are running low
-Follow standards when receiving goods and report problems or quality issues to immediate leaders
-Follow all relevant food health and safety requirements, SOPs for storage, food preparation, and handling of stock and other supplies
-Assist us in maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace
-Support the cashier with great communication and service of food
-Ensure the team is following standards set out in Standard Recipe Sheets
-Work with the Kitchen team to ensure the Guests receive great quality food
-Ensure the kitchen is set up properly
-Support your team to achieve the goals
-Able to perform Stock management, Ordering and other Kitchen Systems as required
