Qualifications
Required:
• Collections - experience driving down accounts receivable pay cycles through aggressive collections and analysis
o Excellent communication skills to engage with clients regarding outstanding balances
• Experience in creating key financial reports including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
• Financial systems – knowledgeable in bookkeeping for financial systems such as Quickbooks or Intact
• Accounts payable
o Able to complete weekly reports and maintain payables
o Maintain precise records of all vendor payments
o Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy
• Payroll – experience with payroll processing
Desired:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in medical field – particularly with finance
• Process oriented
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Drive down accounts receivable process by leading collections team
o Contact several clients to collect outstanding payments
o Invoice clients on time accurately and consistently
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports using financials systems (Quickbooks/Intact):
o Income Statement
o Balance Sheet
o Cash Flow
• Execute accounts payable (including payroll) and accounts receivable processes
• Perform daily bookkeeping responsibilities
