This is a 40 hour+ a week job. Where you must be able to balance the dual expectations of the client and the agency. This is a great opportunity in a high-tech space for a motivated and flexible person who has good communication, leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Note taking during Client calls
Management of Client ticketing system
Communication with and assigning tasks to tea
Assigning of tasks from client calls to tea
Note taking during SEO team calls
Assigning tasks to tea
Management of tasks assigned - following up with tea
Holding accountability meetings with tea
Capable of learning enough about each client to understand the goals and challenges of their specific businesses
Ability to lead and mentor a team.
Ability to meet both internal and client deadlines as well
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies
Responsibilities:
Providing quality customer service to company's wide range of clients
Oversight and follow-up on all campaign deliverables
Creating/custom tailoring an overall client campaign strategy
Maintaining regular communication with all clients
Providing and explaining campaign reports to each client
Requirements:
Customer service experience: 2 years (Preferred)
SEO account management experience: 2 years (Preferred)
Google Analytics: 2 years (Preferred)
Account Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Project Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Proposal Writing: 2 years (Preferred)
Strong communication skills, verbal and written Strong technical skills including excellent knowledge of Outlook, Excel and MS Word
*Must be able to work 9AM - 5PM PST (Arizona Time)
