We are looking for a Rockstar VA for part-time hire.

One who is a team player, detail-oriented, on time, communicates in English, written and spoken well.

Our company spends a lot of time creating video campaigns for social media marketing, creating online courses, and selling digital products.

We need someone who can help us with:

Assistant to the CEO - planning, scheduling, organizing, research, spreadsheet building, document creation

Process Orders on our Shopify site (Send proofs to customers via email, and fulfill orders)

Research various topics

Creating and writing out processes from videos we create

Help transcribe in Rev videos or documents.

Build standard of operations process documents

Work in Kajabi, Dropbox, and Basecamp

Answer Emails/help write email marketing.

Help write online content.

Help run reports

Basic graphic design knowledge a plus - photoshop a plus
