ANSWERING/PROCESSING/LOGGING INCOMING TICKETS IN GORGIAS (Reactive)

Answering Phone - LOGGING CALLS with Notes and Adding To CRM in Monday
??Answering Texts- ?LOGGING TEXTS with Notes and Adding To CRM in Monday
?Answering Chats- ?LOGGING CHATS with Notes and Adding To CRM in Monday

FULFILLING/NOTIFYING/COORDINATING ORDER FULFILLMENT (Proactive)
?
?Three Times Per Day Checking For Trackings For Pending Orders (Unless Otherwise Specified),
Updating Orders In Shopify
Notifying FREIGHT Customers With Email AND Text W/ Screenshots
Calling Freight Companies To Coordinate Deliveries With Customers/Going The Extra Mile
Updating Order Tracking Board- Checking If Order Tracking Board Is Delivered, Marking Delivered

??GENERAL GORGIAS MAINTENENCE AND MANAGEMENT
?
Checking Spam To Make Sure Tickets Are Recovered/Deleted
Assigning Other Tickets To Correct Department (RMA/SALES/ACCOUNTING)
Merging Tickets When Necessary

Starts at $400 and moves up after three months.
