The candidate must know how to build follow up material to nurture relationships with warm leads.

The Ideal candidate will have experience with handling an cold calling campaign for business acquisitions.
The candidate should be able to help develop templates and scripts for cold calling.

Skip tracing
In order to successfully do cold outreach via phone and
The candidate must be familiar with some type of skip tracing software for businesses such as LexisNexis, batchskiptracing, etc.
Scheduling
The candidate will have access to my calendar and will schedule meetings with companies that fit the given criteria.
Requirements:
Ability use, manage, and edit
Ability to manipulate data in excel
Great Conversational English to answer and talk to business owners.
Ability to use Batch dialer as a calling software
Ability to navigate MixMax for cold
