Assistant Tech VA for Fulfillment Team

We are hiring a full-time Tech VA to join our fast-growing team. You will be in charge of everything from onboarding, technical support, building new campaigns, workflows, funnels, various integrations, calendars/syncing, all the way to innovating/improving on our current processes and frameworks. We're looking for someone that loves automations and building new systems to increase efficiency.

*Previous jobs at marketing companies are a PLUS
*Experience with the software GoHighLevel is a HUGE PLUS
*Experience with Zapier is a MUST

This is a work from home, independent contractor role that includes a base salary which is subject to increase after two months.

- Assist the tech manager in daily quality assurance and data entry

- Assist the executive team in tracking and completing tasks for clients

- Making sure all automations are intact and working

- Managing the software GoHighLevel for all clients

- Keeping up to date with new software updates
