Bank Owned REO Specialist

Looking for someone who is extremely experienced with REOs.

Will handle all tasks due in different REO portals.

Make sure all licenses and information is up to date.

Make sure field person is getting all the required pictures and submit ---------- municate in a timely manner with asset manager.

Get all required paperwork and documents signed.

Follow up with agent and title companies and follow through on the transaction from beginning to close.

Activate all utilities when needed.

Must be punctual and a team player.
