LONG TERM: Full or part time Paid Search Expert and SEO Ninja

I own a US real estate company and I am looking for a long term, full or part time Paid Search Expert that has extensive experience in creating, managing and optimizing FB ads, Adwords, and Linkedin ads. I'm looking for someone that is extremely creative, a self starter, and that is able to think out the box.

I also need someone that is very experienced in SEO and SMM. That would be an absolute plus for this position, although not a necessity since my focus is on getting the best "paid search expert" in place. However, if you are very skilled in SEO, please let me know that as well in your cover letter.
