What you will do
Do you love uncovering the hidden stories that numbers tell? Finding the data behind the data?

We’re looking for a dedicated number storyteller. As a Seller Candy Data Analyst you will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

Primary objectives
1. Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
2. Work with leadership to prioritize business and information needs
3. Designing and maintaining data systems and databases, includes but not limited to: design / fix formula & coding errors and other data-related problems
4. Analyzing data using statistical techniques and providing reports
5. Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities using operations data including team SLA, budgets and forecast
6. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

What you need
1. MUST HAVE working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio,
2. Experience with MS Access and/or Power BI plus but not required. Willingness to learn required.
3. Ability to write in SQL a HUGE plus but not required. Willingness to learn required.
4. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
6. Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
7. Attention to detail and with prompt reporting adherence to deadlines
8. More than 1 year working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
9. High level of English especially for reading
10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
