Job Description:
- Create web content that resonates with Acadium’s target audiences and remains true to our branding and messaging guidelines.
- Conduct comprehensive and in-depth research for assigned content
- Draft two long-form (minimum 1800 words) blog posts per week, following the content brief provided by the Content Manager
- Follow SEO best practices when drafting content
- Draft social media posts to promote Acadium’s content
- Follow the Content Calendar
- Perform keyword research to identify new topics for blog posts
- Draft other materials assigned by the Content Manager

Required Qualifications:
- Mastery of the English language
- Proven track record of excellent writing for the web, as demonstrated in a portfolio of published posts/articles
- Ability to write search engine optimized content that also appeals to our readers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a remote work environment
- Proficient in Google Docs and WordPress. Bonus points for familiarity with Google Analytics and MailChimp
