JOB OVERVIEW

We are a real estate investment firm focused on funding other investors deals.

We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents for all of our partners, monitoring and notifying partners of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments . You’ll also support the team by evaluating profitability and presenting monthly numbers to the CEO. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented.

We are looking for someone to come in and help organize, clean up, systemize everything.

Overall you should be proficient in the following,

1. Email Management (Reviewing Funding Requests & Tracking Transaction Paperwork)
2. File Management (Organizing Transaction Paperwork)
3. Calendar Management (Tracking Transactions)
4. Reviewing HUDs
5. Tracking Profit per deal and Overall
6. Being able to visualize the data regarding the Profit/Partners/Deals/etc.
