JOB OVERVIEW

This position is highly focused on sales and requires a majority of the time on the phone with Warm and Nurture leads in our system that have already been contacted. The role has a COMPETITIVE BASE SALARY with a BONUS STRUCTURE as well. Because this is a sales focused role we want to incentivize HIGH PERFORMERS with our bonus structure.

1. 80 Calls Per Day Minimum
2. WarmLead Management
1. Qualify new WarmLeads to get them prepped for an offer
2. Consistent follow up until we can provide an offer
3. NurtureLead Management
1. Re-engage Nurture leads to get them prepped for an offer
2. Consistent follow up to check in on our old offers with Nurture leads already in the system
4. Log all Communication in the CRM
5. Verify Contact/Property Information
1. Phone numbers
2. Emails
3. Property Info
4. Mailing addresses
6. Outbound Prospecting
1. Qualify new HIGHLY motivated leads to get them prepped for an offer


Requirements:

-Excellent English Comprehension and Listening skills
-Ability and willingness to speak on the phone with seller leads
-Basic computer skills

Not Requirements, But a Plus:

-Knowledge of the following software: Slack, REISift, Redfin/Zillow
-Real Estate experience is a plus
