Criteria for writers:
* English grammar: excellent..
* SEO writing and AP style: skilled.
* Professional writing experience: 2 years.
* Articles per day (well-organized): 4 to 5 if trending news; 1 to 5, straight news.
* Words per article: 300+.
* Follow editor’s guidance.
* Actively cooperate with editor.
* Time sensitivity: punctual.
* Work ethic: open to feedback; commit to this website.
* PV expected: 1k to 10k (total per day per trending news writer).
* Test: 30 min (300 words).
* Paid trial period: 1 week.
* Wage: $3 to $15 per article (rates higher than $3 negotiable after observing PV, after 1st week); bonuses relate to website PV (to be negotiated after 1st week).
