JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently searching for an approachable, intelligent, and supportive Lead Generator/Games Scout. Our agency is a small team with a strong passion for games and making indie games Upgrade to see actual info addition, we have a very diverse group of international employees working remotely.

We strive to always go through all depths to ensure all our clients are fully taken care of. Our vision is to be the go-to agency for indie game’s needs in Community Management, Social Media Management, Marketing, and the like.

We have worked with games such as Black Mesa, Escape from Tarkov, KovaaK’s, Deceit, Paint the Town Red, Walkabout Minigolf, and many others we are proud to continue to support.

As a Lead Generator, you would search for games (typically PC and VR, but we also do console and mobile), find their contact information, add them to a spreadsheet, and viola, your role is done!

Lead Generator Job Responsibilities:
- Find ideal video games via Steam and the likes
- Cross-check the previous spreadsheets that we haven't contacted them previously
- Add video games to a spreadsheet
- Find the contact details of the developers/studio leader, and add those details to the spreadsheet
- Inform the Business Development Manager weekly when your list is done

This role is fully remote, and the right candidate is expected to work full time while managing their schedule of 40 hours per week.

There is no quota for how many games you can find, although this is a very competitive role - if you can't keep up with the minimum amount of leads, sadly, we may not be able to work together.

Lead Generator Qualifications / Skills:
* Researcher goals: Finding new games is easy and ideally something you like to do - this way you'll enjoy what you do! You're a detective when it comes to finding developer contact information (don't worry, we'll point you in the right direction!)
* Time Management: the ability to find hundreds of leads and contact details weekly.
* Market interest and knowledge: You are a gamer by night and spend hours during the day working or learning about the video game industry.
* Communication skills: You don't have to speak to the developers, but we do need you to be able to speak to the Business Developer Manager (from Philipines), and the CEO (from the US), so you can report any findings, and raise any questions and problems you have (Preferably in English, but Taglish, and Tagalog is fine!)
* We are looking for a self-driven, self-starter, and never settle for a lesser type of unicorn! We are a busy, always on the go agency, so if you don’t do well in a fast environment and do not continue to learn quickly, this is not for Upgrade to see actual infocation and Experience Requirements:
While traditional education is admirable, we want to see industry experience over school years.
Experience in a lead gen role, research, or relevant experience is highly recognized.
