A Social Media Manager is a professional in charge of the day-to-day running and managing of social media accounts for our clients. Your duty with be to ensure the best engaging & high-quality content is being posted on a consistent day-to-day basis.

We are looking for a highly skilled creative social media manager who can create and design the best content creatives that will attract our client's ideal target audience and get them motivated to want to use our client's services.

An excellent social media manager must be well organized, possess a huge amount of attention to detail and be very creative with coming up with good engaging content daily.

The goal is to do everything possible to produce the worlds best content that make our client's brand stand out and give their target audience the WOW Factor. What This Job Entails

? Creating graphical content on a day-to-day basis
? Posting across accounts on a day-to-day basis for our different clients
? Do market research to learn the latest trends and social media concepts that are working now
? Manage multiple accounts and ensure content is being posted on a regular basis
? Evaluate performance with key metrics (engagement, reach, etc.)

Compensation
? Starting Monthly Salary: $450-$600 USD Base)
? Generous Bonuses & Incentives are included if you hit targets set out

Requirements
? Proven experience as a social media manager and or Facebook Ads Media Buyer
? Knowledge of social media and how the algorithm works for Facebook, Instagram etc
? Solid understanding of branding & graphic design
? Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
? Positive and patient
? Higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated
? Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the
highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of obstacles or
failure
? Critical Thinker -- you can think on the spot and problem solve.
? Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your
schedule, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
? Driven, competitive, and confident with setting
expectations
? Previous experience in working as a social media manager preferred
