Role details:
-Reply to Facebook Messenger leads to get appropriate lead information and immediately send to our call center.

-Call, text, and email previously booked appointments to confirm that appointment, and then reschedule them if they are no longer available)

-You may be assigned other random or recurring tasks (similar to data entry, etc.)
