Sales Analyst

As a Sales Analyst, you are the face of the company! You will be responsible for speaking directly to homeowners who might need to sell their homes or land. You will also be speaking to investors who purchase homes and land directly from us. We are looking for candidates who possess the energy and attitude that is key to our growing cold calling line of business and the service skills to build relationships with our homeowner and investors.

New Analysts will learn the real estate business, develop and become an important part of the future of our Sales business. Analysts will be responsible for calling homeowners, investor buyers, informational requests, education of our processes and services and ---------- munication, service skills and a willingness to learn are paramount to success in this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cold calling perspective homeowner (sellers)
• Calling perspective investor/buyers
• Responding to missed calls and voicemails from sellers and buyers
• Maintaining notes after each interaction with sellers and buyers
• Training other members of the cold calling business
