Straight forward CPA for advice, review and tax preparation for American LLC engaged in real estate acquisition and STRs

Job requirements:
American CPA
Experienced in real estate tax/regulations
Experience with American LLC companies engaged in real estate acquisition and / or STRs
Experience with reviewing tax filings and correcting errors in expenses, income and other values based on current bookkeeping files
Knowledgeable in optimizing tax to be filed by exploring other means to decrease tax liability thru legal means
