E-Commerce Technical Support Analyst

Support the availability and accuracy of the eCommerce and external facing services and their integration links

Onboard customers into online systems and downstream dependent systems

Design and develop automation processes to streamline the administration of eCommerce and integration systems

Respond to customer and sales concerns regarding the eCommerce service

QUALIFICATIONS:


Bachelor's degree in business or technical areas.

Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.

3-5 years of overseeing eCommerce services or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong knowledge of database systems, data integrity, database queries, query performance tuning

In-depth understanding of databases concepts such as tables, records, stored procedures, indexes, concurrency

Ability to design metrics, sensors and monitoring configurations for service uptimes and performance measures

Able to understand Python scripts

Able to understand Excel Macros and VBA scripting

Able to work with Linux in Command Line Interfaces

Has a working knowledge of Docker or other container technologies
