JOB OVERVIEW

Hey you!! We are looking for a candidate just like you, a Web Developer Manager with experience to manage a team! Do you meet any of our criteria?

• Write clean, semantic, well-commented code, and deliver fully-functional layouts that accurately reflect design references and prototypes.
• Working on multiple projects at once, and collaborate with other developers, designers, project managers, and strategists. Experience is a MUST for this position! We expect results!
• Utilize our WordPress stack and workflow to build websites based on design concepts, and help us continue to evolve and optimize these things for future projects (Currently, this stack includes a custom theme, specific plugins and tools like IMPress, IDX Broker and Elementor.)
• Help expand our codebase and tools, contribute to strategy and planning, participate in code reviews, and grow alongside our development team.
• About 2 to 4 years of experience with building WordPress websites and excellent HTML and CSS skills are required.
• An eye for design and the attention to detail needed to accurately translate concepts into beautiful, fully functional layouts
• An appreciation for page builder tools (like Elementor), and using them in an intelligent way to empower clients and speed up workflow, while minimizing sacrifices.
• A solid understanding of Javascript and PHP, particularly as they used in WordPress
• Functional knowledge of UI/UX best practices
• Managed a web development team to deliver the results needed.
• You get bonus points for experience with IDX Broker, continuous deployment, Elementor, UI design, WP Multisite/Multitenancy!
