Transaction Coordinator

Hello applicants,

Our team is looking for an Transaction Coordinator. We are currently a team of 6 (4 are VA's). You will be responsible for managing our real estate transactions. We currently have 25 deals in the pipeline right now. You role will consist of maintaining relationships with sellers and also with the title company. You #1 goal will be to make sure our deals make it to the closing table smoothly. We also may give you day to day task outside of transaction coordination. We will teach you the ins and out but we are looking for people who have experience in real estate or transaction coordination experience. Also please have a really good English accent.

Working hours are from 9am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday.

There will be a 1 week paid training during your initial start. Payment is on a bi-weekly ---------- addition, you will be eligible to receive monthly bonus, and quarterly performance bonuses.

You will also receive $50 for each deal we successfully close.
