Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Quality Lead to join our fully-remote workforce and become a key part of Woflow’s global data delivery efforts. The Quality Lead plays a vital role in the planning, creating, and implementing the quality processes in Woflow; ensuring consistent deployment of the processes in Operations and all client requirements are achieved.
A Quality Lead needs various knowledge, skills, and technical abilities to ensure his/her tasks are completed on time and with precision. These often include:
Strategic Quality Planning
Quality Control Plan Deployment
Effective communication -- written and spoken -- in English and local language
Knowledge in and Application of the 7 QC Tools
Experience in process improvement and knowledge in Lean or Six Sigma principles
What will you do:
Ensure 100% compliance to transaction monitoring
Plan and implement quality processes on different lines of business
Participate in client meetings to present quality team performance
Manage performance of a team of Quality Specialists
Manage operational performance to meet KPIs and SLAs
Drive process improvement projects
Identify and mitigate risks in the process
Other tasks that will be assigned to extend support to Operations and Support Functions
What must you have:
To be a successful applicant for the Quality Control Specialist role for Woflow, you must have the following qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience in BPO as a Quality Lead or Assistant Manager
Coaching skills related to behavior specific feedback
Strong drive for process improvement
A university degree or equivalent higher qualification
A foreign language certification or native/bilingual proficiency is preferred for regional positions if not a citizen of said country.
