What you will do

Work in collaboration with a team of consultant online and launch your digital asset consultant career at your home. Partner with our team to:
Provide excellent service for our customer’s digital asset management
Educate and empower our customers without having to make cold calls or sales
Provide solutions to assist customers with their digital asset accounts
Developing financial plans to help clients achieve their long-term and short-term financial goals.
Advising clients on taxes, investments decisions, depending on their financial goals.
Assessing how certain life changes and financial status changes affect clients’ financial plans and adjusting such plans accordingly.
Monitoring financial markets and economic conditions.
Soliciting new clients through cold-calling, emailing, advertising, and seminar-hosting.

What you will bring

A passion for providing quality service
Capability to adapt communication style while servicing our diverse customer base
Attention to detail and ability to learn and apply financial industry and digital asset industry processes, policies and procedures
Availability to work a 30-40 hour work week, Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday
One year or more years of work experience (including but not limited to travel agency, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, real estate, banking or financial services) and an bachelor’s degree
Fluency in both English and other languages a plus
The ability to analyze financial data.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen.

To ensure you are set up for success while working remotely, you will be required to provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection as well as a place in your home to attend training and work without interruption.
