CE Brands is an eCommerce focused company with multiple brands in growth stages, with a focus on apparel brands looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
A successful recruiter will work with department managers on a regular basis to identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates through a variety of channels, such as social media networks and other job sites. Our ideal recruiter has an academic HR background as well as work experience screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Finally, the Recruiter is responsible for ensuring that our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while building a strong talent pipeline.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
-Creating job overview for the specific position
-Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
-Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
-Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board
-Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
-Screen candidates resumes and job applications
-Scheduling interviews and skills tests by coordinating appointments
-Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
-Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
-Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrates
-Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
-Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
-Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
-Assisting management with personnel issues and employee development
-Assisting management with organizing and coordinating employee training workshops
-Planning and executing company events
-Protecting operations by keeping human resource information confidential
-Providing horizontal support to other staff members of the recruitment team
-Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
-Preferably with experience working in a virtual set up.
-Proficient in HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
-Proficient with all recruitment activities (e.g. recruiting, interviewing, screening and evaluating).
-Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
-Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
-Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
-Great interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
-The ability to stay highly organized with great attention to detail
-The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong decision-making skills
-An outgoing and friendly disposition
-Good time management skills.
-Ability to lead and motivate the team.
-A reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone and speakers, reliable internet and power working remotely
*This is a PART TIME job with the ability to remotely WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY and MUST have a stable internet connection with a high-speed internet.
*Salary starts at $2.5 per hour rising to $3 on successful completion of a three month trial period and we are flexible for the hours but must agree to a fixed schedule availability in the Pacific Time zone.
