JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Paid Advertising is a key driver of growth for our client base, therefore this business critical role calls for a highly experienced critical thinker who understands the ever-changing digital advertising space and can provide the analytical and process managerial guidance to take our advertising production to the next level;
- Report directly to the joint owners and managing parties of CMG to design and execute the advertising strategy for all of our clients by overseeing the production of materials in line with our customer value proposition;
- Ensure that our client strategies are consistently maintained and that our outputs are always of premium quality;
- Manage all advertising platforms for CMG clients (this includes but is not limited to Display Advertising, Spotify, GoogleAds, Facebook Business Manager, eClincher, Creator Studios, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc).
- Plan, develop and implement effective funnels such as retargeting and abandoned cart marketing campaigns for clients such as service delivery & eCommerce.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Advertising Strategy
- Provide strategic recommendations for content development and campaign focus, including full program strategies, proposed measurement metrics, content topic identification, production calendars, targeted messaging and effective distribution;
- Design and produce full scale advertising plans that are visually appealing, digitally strategic & relevant and practically implementable for our team and clients;
- Ensure all produced collateral developed by the team is aligned to your developed strategies.
Budget Strategy
- Recommend and manage all client advertising budgets;
- Perform ROI analysis on all advertising campaigns;
- Build reports on the success of campaigns run and the ROI ---------- PABILITIES AND STRENGTHS
- Organised, meticulous, highly detailed and diligent;
- Flexible, creative, and have the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, highly collaborative, and mutually respectful environment;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication in English with a proven track record of creating meaningful, growth-driven interactions;
- Excellent proofreading and copy writing skills;
- Innovative and creative with a design background (multi-media advantageous);
- Good business acumen;
- Experience in external and internal communications and PR is advantageous;
- Strong Attention to Detail.

REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 4+ years working in digital communications and paid advertising space with design experience;
- A minimum of 1+ years in a leadership, managerial or strategic advisory role;
- Proficiency in social ---------- and publishing tools including Facebook Business Manager (eClincher is a bonus);
- Experience with Google Ads platforms including Adwords Editor and Merchant Centre, Display Advertising, Spotify, Facebook Business Manager, eClincher, Creator Studios, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Demonstrable experience in setting up re-marketing/retargeting lists, data feeds and creating Ad / Ad extension content;
- Experience with all paid media tactics from both execution and strategic standpoints.
- Experience in planning and developing strategic campaign funnels.

ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE
- A relevant Bachelors Degree in Communications, Business, Advertising, Marketing or the like;
- Proficiency in Search Engine Optimisation;
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat;
- Proficiency on Publishing Design Platforms such as CANVA;
- Exposure to the Zoho One Project Management Suite.
