JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking to add a new creative talent to our roster of three ecommerce businesses, to manage each of their email accounts in Klaviyo and to initiate SMS campaigns as well.

You do not need to have prior experience, as we are comfortable putting you training to learn how to do this.

However, it is expected that you have experience with graphic design and can write in US English well as those are the basic requirements to do this job well.

Your responsibilities, once trained, include:
- coming up with email and SMS content ideas for each business every week
- designing the emails and implementing them in Klaviyo
- configuring the strategic targeting settings for each email
- analysing campaign metrics for how to improve on future campaigns
- auditing and monitoring automations and make changes where needed to optimize for sales
- help the business owner bring their campaign ideas to reality

Knowledge of American culture and trends is helpful for coming up with content ideas.

About our businesses:
One business is a handmade jewelry line in the shape of miniature food. Very cute, novel jewelry.
Another business is a simple, modern jewelry line featuring gold charms and chains. Classic and trendy.
The third business is personalized vintage map art prints.

Our customers are mostly female, so ability to design for that audience is preferred.

We would love to chat with you if you are a team player but can work independently without being micromanaged, communicative, proactive, creative, have ton of ideas, eager and love to learn.

If you're interested, please send a message with the following:
1. Your cover letter explaining why you believe you are a good fit for this particular job.
2. Your resume
3. You graphic design portfolio (ideally with designs targeted at female audiences)
4. What's your favorite American indie movie and why?
