Job Responsibilities:

SMS & CC - Meet daily KPI’s of Cold calling potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.

Team Leading & Coaching:
Organize and facilitates resources for the rest of the team
Conduct COACHING sessions daily and keep the team engaged
Comfortable with giving constructive feedback and driving results
Confident decision-maker and works through people to solve problems

Hiring and Tech Support:
Support the HR in Hiring Cold Caller team
Track campaign effectiveness and optimize results
Troubleshooting our CRM systems and follow up with Support to drive performance

Qualifications:
1-2 years of Customer Service experience
3-5 years of BPO experience in the Customer Service Industry
1-2 years of Virtual Assistant experience preferred
MUST have EXCELLENT English / Verbal Skills.

Motivating and stimulating communicator
A fast learner and be able to digest books and educate other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Proficient with Google Docs, Sheet, and Calendar

Internet connection of at least 5mbps; w/ back up
Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
