Jonathan is a real estate investor, online business operator, and marketing company whose mission is to acquire more real estate and help as many people as possible do the same to achieve financial freedom.

Within two years of focusing fully on the business, he grew the business from 3 to 10 units to go full time into real estate investing. Along the way, Jonathan started creating content around the day-to-day of the business through social media channels which eventually led to the creation of an in-house Airbnb management system and an education business around that for students looking to start and grow a real estate portfolio.

## Job Description:

*We are looking for a full-time rockstar executive assistant / Project manager to help manage and grow our businesses. We run a fast-paced real estate investing company and a teaching community where we share behind the scenes day-to-day with students and mentees. You will work with myself and the team daily and own responsibilities across our real estate business, brand, internal team, and socials related to real estate and Airbnb. You will be working directly with me and helping move large projects forward. I am looking for a detail-oriented person who can manage large projects and is ready to grow with our ---------- tails are below and excited to get started!!!*

- Help manage our ongoing to-do’s related to our larger projects. These include real estate related tasks, helping manage the back end of our educational sales programs, tracking KPIs related to social media and our Airbnb business
- Helping to hire, train and manage our international VA’s to make sure they have instruction and can get their tasks done (we have the instruction kits for this but there are times they need additional training)
- Helping manage my email and schedule - this includes writing skills and professional decision making for handling responses
- Help with daily time management
- Manage relationships with vendors, partners, affiliates
- Once trained, help analyze Airbnbs for our portfolio to manage or purchase
- Helping interview and onboard new contractors/employees
- Creating google forms
- Proficiency in Spanish language would be a plus, not a must
- Be an accountability partner for the team - ensure people commit to things and follow through on them - especially me

## Responsibilities**:**

### Project Management

- Help organize and manage our new and ongoing projects. Helping to improve the process of our projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate regularly with the business units to ensure they have what they need and have their KPIs documented and in place to be successful
- Review daily reports from tea ---------- mbers on KPIs / Tactics - work with tea ---------- mbers to improve results on activity and tracking
- Weekly planning with me personally as well as the business

## Requirements:

- Having a can-do attitude! There are many times we will be learning things together. Our motto is ‘everything is figureoutable’.
- Having a lean-in attitude / extremely hungry or motivated
- Extremely quick/effective communicator
- Strong people skills - friendly & optimistic attitude internally and with our vendors
- Be a good system building/system reviewer. Always asking questions like:
- How can this be done better / more efficiently
- Is that the best use of our time?

## Typical Communication:

In general to be highly responsive to myself and the rest of the team - I will not always be reachable but there will be times you will be representing me often as decisions are made if I am not reachable

- Respond to texts, emails, slack messages quickly when needed
- 2x meetings a week (Monday kickoff / Friday Recap)
- Most communication will take place in our project management tool - Notion
- During work hours the expectation is that you will be online and available

## Schedule & Compensation:

- Compensation is commensurate with experience
- This would include opportunities to take part in profit shares which could easily raise compensation to 5-6k/mo within 1 quarter and beyond
