Human Resources Officer w/ Training Background

We are a growing marketing team looking for a Human Resources Officer who will recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. The goal is to provide assistance and support to employees and the management.

Responsibilities:

- Design and facilitate weekly tea ---------- etings, games, team building activities
- Develop training and development programs
- Source for external speakers or lecturers
- Implement employee engagement activities
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising open positions, and managing the recruitment process
- Onboarding new employees
- Create new policies, procedures, and company protocols
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures
- Monitoring and communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration
- Maintain accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information and other confidential company records

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources
- Extensive experience in Training and Development
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability

Hours:
This is a full-time job from 9 AM to 6 AM US Eastern Standard Time (9 PM to 6 AM Philippine Time)
