WayLit is an immigration management platform focused on the needs of employers and their foreign national employees. We are on a mission to improve our customer’s experience with immigration. A small team with a singular focus on better managing the immigration needs of our growing list of customers. We are looking to grow our team by adding a Sales Development Representative to help us with our sales channel.



To date, we’ve been using intuition and contacts to acquire our customers, but now we’d like to level up our customer acquisition process and build more targeted processes to acquire customers quicker.



We are looking for a passionate problem solver with a singular focus on reaching out to potential customers, establishing strong relations and setting up demos with ---------- this role you will depend on data to come up with patterns that will shape the business strategy and customer acquisition process for the company.



What you’ll do:

Develop sales opportunities by booking meetings via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
Use the latest tech stack including Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Work closely with the founder to close sale leads
Be an important part of marketing campaigns
Maintain excellent knowledge regarding WayLit solutions and product offers, engaging in additional and on-going training


We want you to:

Be comfortable with leading efforts, designing solutions and measuring ---------- t be afraid to get your hands dirty. There’s a lot of work in the trenches before we rise up.
Have excellent organizational skills, can manage multiple initiatives and can land multiple ‘balls in the air’ safely.
Have at least 2 years of experience with B2B sales. Have to be comfortable sifting through long datasets and having a knack for finding patterns.
Have experience with cold calling, cold emails and follow ups to get demos
Experience with establishing new sales channels will be a plus
