JOB OVERVIEW

WHO ARE WE: We are a well-established company in operation for 33 years. Our customer base is in the province of Ontario, Canada. We service mostly Early Child Education facilities such as Daycare Centres, Kindergarten Centres, and Schools. We are a major distributor in our niche of Arts & Crafts, Educational Toys and Daycare furnishings. Thanks to the advancements in Internet Technologies we are currently rapidly expanding and growing.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a long term rockstar product manager 30 hours per week starting at $4 USD per hour. We will increase pay with experience and good performance. Also, there is the option to increase to Full time in the future. Our main value is trust, if you treat us well we will treat you well, we are not looking for someone to be with us for months, we are looking for someone to be with us for YEARS and grow with us. There are lots of possibilities and expansions with us.

WHO YOU ARE: You are a team player who can work well and be trusted without too much supervision. You are a go-getter that is willing to learn new things. You have a great internet connection that has over 95% up-time. You have semi-flexible hours, so we can schedule weekly calls in different time zones. You have AMAZING American English. You don’t mind working just a little bit on some weekends.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with other teams or departments to drive particular product sales
- Research different SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website, product descriptions, product listings, and marketing materials
- Uploading products listings to websites
- Management of all products across all websites
- Product market research and competition price checking
- Listing quality checks and enhancements
- Constant optimization of products


THE BEST CANDIDATE:
- At least 1 years of experience in SEO and optional content marketing
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and solve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Positive attitude, can-do mindset, sense of ownership, and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Financial skills to follow a budget and evaluate the future profitability of products
- Long-term commitment - treat this as your career
