Hours: 6 days per week (Mon-Fri + Sunday) from 10am to 6pm (Manilla Time)
Overtime: Available
Location: Home Working

Our end users are demanding graduates from some of the world's best universities. We are now looking to recruit a bright, personable and efficient individual with a strong passion for providing amazing customer service.

When the helpdesk is quiet, a secondary part of the role will comprise providing in-house virtual assistance where required, including traditional administrative assistance or online research.

**Job Description**

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

-Attend the customer service email helpdesk and respond to support enquiries.
-Troubleshooting of account issues.
-Ensuring that member access to accounts is restored as soon as possible, e.g. security checking and unlocking accounts, resetting passwords, etc.
-Ad hoc VA/administrative duties and team support – help to arrange accommodation/logistics for events, expenses, , research.
-To perform any other ad-hoc support activities as assigned by management.

**Desirable Attributes**

To be considered, you will be a customer-focused, efficient team player with a logical and problem solving approach. Excellent written English and interpersonal communication skills will be essential. You will be IT literate with fast typing skills and have a strong willingness to learn. The ability to remain calm under pressure and an inquisitive nature will be beneficial.

You will ideally have previous experience in a similar IT helpdesk/support role, although plenty on-the-job training will be given. An interest in internet/online and mobile technologies will be a bonus.
