JOB OVERVIEW

We are a performance marketing agency specialised in lead generation on mobile devices.
Currently we have a vacancy for "Senior Web Developer /Tech Customer support"

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Lead a team of web developers (up to 3), which includes leading by example, allocating and managing resources, improving tea ---------- mber skillset, researching on new technologies for web development specifically in the area of Content Management System for quicker deployment of changes as well as SEO requirements, escalation point for technical issues, problem solving and managing project progress.

2) Have a minimum 5 years experience in areas of Webmaster/Web development/Project Management/Technical Support. Experience in handling web development projects from international clients. Possess leadership, strong interpersonal communication skill, and responsible and integrity qualities.

3) Have experience leading/managing a team.

4) Gather requirements from existing/new clients on IT related requests and effectively translate those requirements and expectations to the internal team of web developers, media buyers, copywriters, and graphics designers etc.

5) Good understanding of web technologies such as PHP, .NET, HTML5, CSS, Java, JavaScript and eCommerce platform such as Shopify, WooCommerce. Experience with Programming/coding is preferred.

6) Communication with client directly via WhatsApp, Zoom video call or email on any technical discussion or updates. Have experience liaising/working with international clients.

7) Oversee the development of website/IT projects from the inception stage to the live deployment/migration

8) Respond to requests regarding content updates/enhancements and support
issues for existing customer websites or technical issues

9) Work closely with a team of web developers to ensure timely completion and tracking of technical requests

10) Work with the SEO or Media buying team to implement technical changes such as setup of tracking (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, tracking pixel installation)
