Appointment Setter for Fast Growing Marketing Agency

My name is Craig Lewis and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the founder of a fast-growing marketing agency that focuses on Pinterest marketing for eCommerce businesses. We are on our way to scaling our agency and looking for an appointment setter to join us. You would be replying to and managing new leads to book calls with them, and you would take off all the new leads that come in via email. Besides this, you would also need to manage a CRM and liaise with the rest of my team, including the sales reps.

I'm looking for someone with experience who can jump in to add value right away so that I can spend more of my time bringing in new clients (there is a LOT of interest) and on the high-level client strategies. This is where I can add the most value to skyrocket our growth.

We want to go above and beyond in the service of our clients. So looking for you to come in to help us with keeping them happy so they stay with our agency for the long term. This is a BIG OPPORTUNITY to get in with a fast-growing premier Pinterest marketing agency. So I’m looking for a true A player that can excel at taking care of our clients.

I am looking for someone who is an amazing communicator, detail-oriented, takes initiative, is experienced, ‘people person’ and invests in continuous learning and growth.

To succeed, you will have the following skills & competencies:
- Experience with Appointment Setting/SDR
- Experience with email communication
- Experience with using CRM
- Proficient level of English is very important

Regarding the fee budget, we have prepared a few different options for you:
- Flat monthly fee
- Flat monthly fee + commission on closed calls
- Commission only on closed calls

This is a fully remote, full-time position, with the potential for earning between $5-10k per month. This would be classed as a high ticket offer of $2000+. I am happy to pay for quality as long as we get results. Looking for someone who is results-driven and eager to make a big impact with an exciting business.
