Collect Cold Emails And send the emails

I am looking for someone to collect and email cold emails. I would like 1,000 emails sent per week and follow ups sent using my gmail emails. I need someone that can send lots of emails and send me a weekly report of the emails opened and help me set up meetings with people.

I need someone who has the ability to email 1,000 people a week and who is familiar with cold emailing.

I also need someone who has the ability to gather emails and scrape emails that I designate.
