Fast growing house flipping company looking for an all-star Admin. We buy properties, change the locks, do minor touch ups, and then list them for sale in the MLS.
This is not a perfectly structured role, as we are a very fast growing company. We will be relying on you to take the lead in many aspects of this position. You will have many different responsibilities, here are some of the primary recurring ones:
- Coordinating the closing processes for all purchases and sales
- Managing all administrative tasks related to the purchase and resale of the properties.
- Managing contractors to complete jobs such as trash outs, deep cleanings, listing photos, and inspections.

- Lenders
- Wholesalers
- Buyers
- Sellers
- Tenants
- Contractors
- Inspectors
- Utility Companies
- HOAs
- County officials
- Insurance reps
- And more
Requirements
- MUST have prior real estate experience. The more the better.
- MUST be comfortable taking initiative. For many of your responsibilities, you will be expected to lead the way and establish the standard protocols for how things should be done.
- Advanced English skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills, you are a “people person”.
- Comfortable with technology. We use Salesforce for our CRM.
- Go getter, problem solver, reliable, organized, diligent, hungry for success.
This role is full time, 40 hours a week. We are on Eastern Standard Time.
