Decibel is seeking an experienced ad operations professional to help execute campaigns on behalf of our clients. You will be responsible for setting up ad campaigns, optimizing ad campaigns to meet client goals, communicating with clients, creating reports for clients, and more. Across multiple publishers and platforms it will be your responsibility to create campaigns and make sure they're meeting client Upgrade to see actual info addition you'll be responsible of taking ownership of client outcomes and troubleshooting as well as creative problem solving as necessary. You'll also communicate with publishers to negotiate and load PMP deals to our platforms and ensure the best possible rates Lastly, you'll be expected to communicate clearly and proactively with clients to make sure their expectations are being met.

Perform all duties of ad operations including trafficking, troubleshooting, campaign optimizations, and reporting

Effectively communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc. to client contacts

Perform quality assurance checks and debug issues with campaigns to ensure that line items and creative have been set up correctly and are delivering across all platforms and devices

Monitor and analyze campaign performance and work proactively to optimize.

Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining trafficking and work-flow procedures for client accounts

Identify workflow inefficiencies and address ideas to improve the ad ops process

Inform product needs and communicate with the product team

Document and create processes inside Notion and work to improve efficiency over time.

Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Bonus points: If you've run incrementality tests / holdout tests in the past and can properly create and measure the outcomes for clients

Extra bonus if you've worked directly with US based clients in the past and been on calls etc.


At least 5 years of experience working with a major demand side platform such as the trade desk, google 360, mediamath, etc

Fluent English skills

Ability to work US time zone hours

Deep knowledge of excel

Extreme attention to detail

Ability to collaborate with international and diverse team.
