Dropshipping manager

We are trying to conduct a business in dropshipping, we are willing to pay quarterly bonuses of 10% of profits. Highest performers who stay in six months will be given another bonus of 10%. All applicants must send a resume and a way to contact said individual. All applicants will send a video of why we should hire you and a background of your expertise. Finally with growth of the company expect a 5% pay raise a year.
