Acquisition Sales Associate
We are looking for a rock star real estate sales person to help us buy MORE houses! Our company is growing and we are excited to add more high caliber individuals to our team. This position requires patience, a customer centric mindset, rapport building, and a hunger to learn more about the industry with a can-do attitude. It requires diligence and commitment to the process. This consists of outbound calling and follow-ups, set to show ration for appointments, contract acquisition and ultimately CLOSING the deal! You will be speaking with several sellers everyday in an effort to secure real estate purchase contracts for our company. Sales experience is preferred! Real estate experience is not
Responsibilities:
Utilize company CRM to contact potential sellers to obtain leads from the leads team
Make calls to develop rapport with new leads
Manage leads appointments and follow up with potential prospects
Have the mindset to want more financially
Negotiate by the phone &
Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections
Schedule warm leads on calls and follow ups with acquisitions assistant
Accountability to sales metrics based on specific responsibilities
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successful negotiations with sellers
Ability to keep a job and meet or exceed sales goals
Confidence talking to someone you are meeting the first time like you have been lifelong friends
Detail oriented, diligent, reliable, punctual, articulate, emotionally intelligent
